Consider getting help if changes in mood, sleep, school or friendships last for more than a few weeks, or if your child talks about hurting themselves.

Start with your family doctor or school counsellor. Young people can reach Kids Help Phone at any time by calling 1-800-668-6868 or texting CONNECT to 686868.
