Do I need an account?
No. Only therapists have accounts.
Who answers the questions?
Therapists whose registration we have checked. Starter answers from our editorial team are labelled as editorial.
Can a therapist see who I am?
No. We do not show therapists any contact details. If you give an email address for a notification, it stays private, and we delete it after we have told you about an answer.
How does the help finder work?
It matches your words to topics, answers and services. If you tick the AI box, Claude from Anthropic reads your message and writes a suggestion. We do not save what you type.
Why was my question not published?
We may hold back questions that identify someone, are urgent, or do not fit our guidelines.
Is this therapy?
No. Answers are general information. They do not create a client relationship with anyone.
How do therapists join?
They apply on the For therapists page. We check their registration, and they pay one flat monthly fee.
